One of our litterwitches, who goes by the name of Bill actually found this photo of an old junior high school acquaintance in a cement planter in downtown Toronto. He had not seen her in over eight years and during their friendship neither of them had shown any inclinations towards litter and its related pastimes, besides they didn't go to school in Toronto.
