There was an Archie comic once about how Jughead employed this screwy measuring device he made, pretending to take all kinds of measurements. He was out to demonstrate that Reggie would always try and better the accomplishments of another. Jughead, in turn, had made a bet with Pop Tate at the Choc'lit Shop that Reggie would come in, exasperated that Jughead - obviously incompetent - had been hired to do all this measuring and show off the accurate measurements he himself had taken around town. Reggie gets thrown out of the diner or something and Jughead enjoys his winnings, a pile of delicious hamburgers. The end.
